What is
Đ¡ustom made?

Whether it’s for textiles, accessories or bags, we have outlined below the main steps associated with a custom made manufacturing project.

Step 1

Your project

You tell us about your project in as much detail as possible. Details include: product, colour, contrasts, seams, weight, logo, embroidery or screen printing. Here, we will give you a few tips on how to make your product even more unique.

Step 2

Design and
feasibility

Our designer will make a visual representation of your vision and together we will consider the feasibility of your  expectations. We know what is possible and what is not. Our job here is to guide and support you.

Step 3

Quotation

Once we have fully understood your needs and expectations, the number of pieces and your delivery requirements, we can then calculate the cost of your custom made project. Here, we’ll make sure that we work with manufacturers in the right country and with the right Incoterms. We work with FOB and DDP and can take care of the logistical side of things all the way from the manufacturer to your warehouse.

Step 4

First prototype

Now it’s time to make the first prototype using the materials we have on-hand. Details like the colour of this initial prototype depend on what is available to us at that current time.

Step 5

PPS & Bulk
production

Once you have given us your feedback on the prototype, approved the labdips and fabric, we can start mass producing in the exact colour and weight. Production can take 45-90 days depending on the complexity of your specific project and the size of the order.

Step 6

Final Inspection

Each project we receive from our clients undergoes a rigorous final inspection to meet AQL standards. This is called FRI. So you can rest assured that your product is up to standard.

Step 7

Logistics

We’ll ship your product by air (which takes 7 days) or by boat (45-55 days). All you have to do is wait for your order at your warehouse.
For orders from nearby Europe, this could take 12-15 days by road.
